Roger Dreyer is an outstanding trial lawyer with the firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP in Sacramento California.
The emphasis of Roger’s practice is personal injury trial practice, specializing in the areas of catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, public entity liability, general negligence, and products liability. Roger has tried to verdict in excess of 150 civil jury trials in 13 different counties for his clients as a civil trial lawyer, and more than 35 plus as a prosecutor for the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office in the early 80’s.
During the course of his 35-year career, Roger has obtained for his clients in excess of 35 seven-figure and eight-figure jury verdicts, and more than 200 settlements in excess of seven and eight figures. He has obtained multi-million dollar jury verdicts in complex wrongful death matters, catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases as well as products liability and public entity actions. He was sought out by the ownership of the National Football League’s Oakland Raiders to try the complex business/fraud case as lead trial counsel for the Raiders against the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum and other Defendants resulting in the highest business fraud verdict in Sacramento County history.

-$34 Million: The Largest Fraud Verdict in Sacramento County History. For owners of the Oakland Raders.
-$31 Million & $75 Million: Against MasterCraft Boats & Ford Motor Company in defective product cases.
-$16.7 Million: In a Water Intoxication Wrongful Death Case.
Roger is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is a past president of the Sacramento Chapter of ABOTA.
Among the many awards he has received, Roger was selected as Consumer Attorneys of California Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2010 and was selected as the CAL-ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2004.

He is a past member of the ABOTA National Board of Directors, National Conference of Bar Presidents, ABA House of Delegates, and the ABA Standing Committee on Judicial Independence.
