Pamela S. Traut has 30 years of legal experience. She has practiced with Traut Injury Law since 2014, doing exclusively plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She is a former partner at an Orange County insurance defense firm, where she practiced for 18 years.
Pam was honored to be named the Orange County Women Lawyers' Association Attorney of the Year for 2025. She received the Angelo Palmieri Award for Civility from the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court in 2017. In 2018, she was inducted into the Western State College of Law Hall of Fame. In 2022 - 2023, Pamela served as the President of the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court. She is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Orange County Women Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Foundation Society of Fellows. California State Bar, Orange County Bar Association and past president of Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court.

Monty has recovered over $50 million in judgments and settlements for plaintiff clients and has obtained numerous defense verdicts and favorable results saving defense clients millions of dollars.
Monty is a past president of the San Diego County Bar Association (2002), a past president of the San Diego Chapter of ABOTA (2014), a Master in the Enright Inn of Court, and a recipient of two Outstanding Trial Lawyer awards. He is a past member of the ABOTA National Board of Directors, National Conference of Bar Presidents, ABA House of Delegates, and the ABA Standing Committee on Judicial Independence.
