George Fleming, a California civil trial lawyer since 1975, has handled an extraordinary number of civil jury trials representing defendants and also plaintiffs. As lead counsel for plaintiffs, George has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients. As a defender, he has saved clients many millions as well. At Fleming PC, he handles business and commercial, employment, product liability and major tort and personal injury matters. George was a partner at Baker & McKenzie for a decade, was a founding partner of Chapin, Fleming & Winet and earlier was a partner at McInnis, Fitzgerald, Rees, Sharkey & McIntyre. 

George is an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

For over 20 years George has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America. He has also been recognized in Super Lawyers.

During his career George has served the legal community as a past president of the San Diego ABOTA Chapter, a past president of the San Diego Defense Lawyers, and a past president of the La Jolla Bar Association.
