F. Dulin Kelly, Esq.  

Dulin Kelly has been practicing law in Tennessee since 1971. He is the founder of the Kelly Firm in Henderson, Tennessee where he represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, defective medical product, and other negligence cases. Dulin is a highly experienced civil trial lawyer, having tried more than 100 civil jury trials. 

Dulin is a long-time member of the American Board of Trial Lawyers (ABOTA). He served as the National President of ABOTA in 2017, and before that served as the President of Tennessee Chapter of ABOTA. He is also a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers which is strictly limited to 500 active trial lawyers from the United States and 100 Fellows from more than 30 countries around the world. He is also a member of the Litigation Council of America, a trial lawyer honor society composed of less than 1/2 of 1% of American lawyers. 

Dulin is board certified as a medical negligence specialist, and as a civil trial specialist. He has been recognized for many years by the Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. 

Clinton L. Kelly, Esq.

Clint practices law with his father, Dulin, in the Kelly Firm where he represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, defective medical product, and other negligence cases. Clint was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1993. 

Clint is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is also a member of the International Society of Barristers. He is the author of Kelly on Malpractice 2.0.
