Craig Peters is the founding partner of Altair Law LLP in San Francisco. As a plaintiff’s lawyer Craig handles high-value, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and co-counsels as trial counsel on cases involving civil rights, consumer rights, landlord/tenant disputes, business disputes, toxic exposures, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Monty is a past president of the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego Chapter of ABOTA, a Master in the Enright Inn of Court, is a recipient of two Outstanding Trial Lawyer awards, and is a past member of the ABOTA National Board of Directors, National Conference of Bar Presidents, ABA House of Delegates, and the ABA Standing Committee on Judicial Independence.
