Christopher P. Wesierski has over 40 years of experience in the field of tort liability, insurance defense, and employment matters. He is the founder and managing partner of Wesierski & Zurek LLP, with a specialized practice involving business, tort, and employment litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and educator on standard of care issues and has participated as a speaker or moderator in a number of industry conventions and conferences across the United States and has been hired as an expert for trial.

Chris is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) who has achieved the rank of Diplomate in ABOTA, having tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict.

In his trial practice, Chris has successfully defended numerous employment claims in state and federal courts and agencies such as sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act, business torts, trade secret misappropriation, non-compete claims, worker misclassification claims, state tort claims (defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault and battery), federal and state civil rights laws claims, breach of contract claims, and payment of wage claims.

Chris has also been involved in litigation of state and federal tort claims, including agent malpractice, medical malpractice, public entity defense, property issues, insurance bad faith defense, and real estate appraisal malpractice.

He also represents individuals, corporations, and public entities.
