Bob is an outstanding plaintiff's lawyer and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was admitted to ABOTA in 1995 and holds the rank of Advocate, having tried more than 50 civil jury trials to conclusion.  

Bob has been practicing law for over 40 years and represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, product liability, medical fraud, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has recovered over $200 million in settlements and judgments for his clients.

Bob has received eight Outstanding Trial Lawyer awards from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, including Trial Lawyer of the Year. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for many years and was listed as the Lawyer of the Year in California in 2017.

Monty has recovered over $50 million in judgments and settlements for plaintiff clients and has recovered numerous defense verdicts and favorable results for defense clients.
