Ken Sigelman is the founding partner of Kenneth M. Sigelman & Associates, where he has been practicing law since 1987. Ken has a civil litigation practice with emphasis on jury trials and binding arbitrations, specializing in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and elder abuse. As a medical doctor and an attorney, Ken brings substantial medical expertise to his work. 

Ken was inducted in the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego Hall of Fame in 2022. He was named the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego in 2009 and 2018 and has received four Outstanding Trial Lawyer Awards from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Ken has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007. 

Ken is an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He served as the 2012 President of the San Diego Chapter of ABOTA, has served on the Board of the California Chapters of ABOTA—CAL-ABOTA, and has also served on the National Board of ABOTA. In 2008, Ken served as the President of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. He has also served on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles.
